This 3 hour workshop will help you understand how God has uniquely designed your ministry SHAPE (Spiritual gifts, Heart/passions, Abilities, Personality and Experience) for ministry. It includes assessments and a one on one meeting with a Ministry Consultant who will help you not only get connected at Grace, but also give you further insights into how you can make a difference.
