The roots of Grace Church of Fredericksburg go back to 1979 when Dick Blackwell, a pastor in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and one of the directors of Grace Network, began to pray for the city of Fredericksburg and the possibility of planting a new church in this locality. Find out more about the history of Grace Church.
